Livity Store ships products across India through reliable courier and logistics partners.

Shipping availability may vary depending on the delivery location.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Cities and Towns: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Any applicable shipping fees are calculated based on factors such as delivery location, order value, weight, and courier availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided, where available, allowing you to monitor the shipment until delivery.

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the shipment may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch where applicable.

Livity Store is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping information provided during checkout.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If any item is missing from your order, please notify us promptly so we can investigate the matter.

Failed Deliveries

If an order is returned because delivery could not be completed due to customer-related reasons, including an incorrect address, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the shipment, any refund or reshipment will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. Eligible products may instead be returned according to our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.
